A graduate of ESSEC and with a degree in private law, Thomas began his career in auditing at Ernst & Young.

He joined Audacia in 2013 as an account manager in the investment team. After being promoted to Investment Director in 2015, he became Investment Director in 2017. During these four years of sustained growth in the ISF-PME business, Thomas took part in over 150 investment transactions in the capital of growth SMEs. In 2017, he piloted the latest and largest ISF campaign, with €110 million invested in 39 SMEs.

Since 2017, Thomas has overseen Development Capital activities at Audacia. He handles ISF-PME disinvestment, deploys “ordinary” Private Equity activity via 150 0 B Ter (re-investment of capital gains on disposals). He is in charge of the Obligations Relance program within the group led by Tikehau. Thomas is also involved in structuring new products (sharing funds, club deals) and marketing them to Audacia’s partners.

Thomas is a partner and member of the Management Committee.
