A graduate of HEC Paris, Olivier de Panafieu has nearly 30 years of experience in strategy consulting and Private Equity, with major players in several countries.

He joined Roland Berger in 2000, where he created the investment fund consulting business and developed it until it became the group’s leading activity, a leading player in France and internationally. In this context, he was able to support several hundred companies under LBO.

Appointed head of the Paris office in 2017, he played a major role in revitalizing the business. At the same time, he co-founded B&Capital, a private equity firm in partnership with Roland Berger, with which he and his team raised several hundred million euros. B&Capital aims to support the growth, transformation and internationalization projects of SMEs alongside managers.

Olivier joined Audacia in 2022 and will use his recognized experience to successfully carry out the company’s strategic plan and accelerate the development of its various funds.
