A graduate in Economics (Paris II) and holder of a master’s degree in real estate asset management (EFAB), Frédéric Leclerc has recognized expertise of more than twenty years in real estate asset management.

He has worked for both pure real estate players and large international groups.

Frédéric was Head of Investment Management at UBS for France and Luxembourg for 15 years.

He was responsible for a portfolio of assets of more than two billion euros pursuing core and value add strategies and participated in the completion of numerous transactions for a cumulative amount of more than one and a half billion euros.

Frédéric joined Audacia in 2024 and is using his wealth of experience to develop the Real Estate vertical.
