Holder of a Master’s degree in Science and Management (University of Paris I) and a Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Paris II), Cédric has over 15 years’ experience in the private equity industry.

Joining Audacia in 2008, Cédric worked closely with senior management to structure all the investment vehicles (funds, investment holding companies, management mandates) offered by Audacia, and obtained AMF approval as a management company.

Cédric was also involved in (i) deploying and monitoring the 800M€ raised by managing the legal and tax aspects of the investments in the capital of over 330 SMEs in which Audacia invested in equity (730M€) and as part of the Relance Bond program (80M€), and (ii) financing the first start-ups dedicated to quantum technologies, new space and decarbonization as part of the management of the prefiguration vehicles of the Quantonation, Expansion and Exergon Funds.

Since 2018, Cédric has also been involved in the real estate side of Audacia, supporting (i) the management teams in structuring club deals/fonds and (ii) coliving operator Sharies in its development as a censor on the board.

A member of the management committee since 2016, Cédric was appointed Managing Director in 2018 and participates in the investment committee bringing together all the financial managers.

Since the end of 2023, Cédric has also been in charge of the Sorbonne Venture fund project, a seed capital fund dedicated to disruptive innovations in Healthtech which aims, in collaboration with Aloé Private Equity, to support and transform Sorbonne University’s pool of excellence into a leader in an emerging industry, thus strengthening the bridge between academic excellence, cutting-edge research and the entrepreneurial world.
